This Portsmouth Plant Virtual Museum is maintained and updated by Fluor-B&W Portsmouth for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). All information, photos, videos on this site have been collected as part of DOE’s historic preservation activities to share the legacy of the site for future generations.

The content of this website was derived from interviews with numerous former employees, subject matter experts, company newsletters (Goodyear Atomic’s Wingfoot Clan, Lockheed Martin’s UE News and USEC’s The Open Line), a variety of documentation efforts conducted over the years, facts sheets and first-hand knowledge of current employees at the site.
